It has a modern industrial park with nearly 50,000㎡.G-energy has specialized in LED display ultra-thin and intelligent power supplies for many years.The company has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications.All products meet EU ROHS & WEEE requirements,while some have obtained certifications including UL, ETL, FCC, PSE, TUV, CB, CCC, CE, and BIS. Main product in G-energy:including ultra-thin LED power supply,LED lighting power supply, industrial control and communication power supply and module power supply, etc. The products are widely applied in stage rental, advertising media, sports venues,small pitch displays, vehicle power supply, 3D printers, etc.
In product development, we use advanced industry-standard equipment such as cold and hot shock test chambers, AC high and low voltage withstand test cabinets, drop test machines,vibration test machines, salt spray tester, and so on.The machines lay a solid foundation for the product’s technological leadership.In manufacturing, we have introduced advanced intelligent production equipment such as Fuji high-speed SMT machine,AI intelligent insertion machines,
Jinton 450 top-tier reflow soldering machines,fully automatic screw machines,fully automatic labeling machines,fully automatic vision dispensing machines, and fully automatic packaging machines, adopting Industry 4.0 principles progressively.
The product inspection process incorporates 22 critical quality control points: including AOI machines, ATE automatic test machines, high voltage withstand tester ,high and low temperature cycling furnaces, infrared temperature test machines, intelligent aging cabinets, and a series of quality control facilities, for continuously strengthening the company's core competitiveness.
